Attendance management for the way your organization works
Whether you run a company, an NGO, a school, a branch network or a field team, AttendFlow gives you one place to understand employee attendance and workforce activity.

Companies
Know who is working, who is late, who is absent and how attendance is changing.
The ordinary case, and the one AttendFlow is built around: an employer with staff to account for who needs the attendance question answered without asking three supervisors first.
See attendance features- A live view of today — who checked in, who is still expected, who has left
- Late arrivals measured against each location's own start time and grace period
- Absence counted against the days a person was contracted to work
- Worked hours against expected hours, with breaks and overtime separated
- The full attendance history for every person, kept
- Ten reports you can run over any period and export
AttendFlow gives you the record and the reports. It does not promise that better visibility makes people work harder or saves you a given amount — what the information is worth depends entirely on what you do with it.
NGOs & non-profits
Show where staff time went — to yourselves, and to whoever asks.
Programmes that have to account for staff time need the attendance record to be organised before the question arrives, not reconstructed after it. Attendance, hours and leave sit in one system, structured the way your organization is.
See the reports- Departments, teams and work locations that mirror how you are actually organised
- Worked hours against expected hours, per person and per period
- Leave requests, leave policies and what each person has left
- Attendance corrections that are raised, approved and recorded as corrections
- A full audit trail over employment records — who changed what, and when
- Reports narrowed to a programme's own department, team or site
AttendFlow keeps attendance records and produces reports from them. It makes no claim to satisfy any particular funder's, auditor's or regulator's requirements — check what yours actually ask for against the reports before you rely on them for it.
Schools
Staff attendance, handled like any other employer's.
Teaching staff, administrators and support staff, with the working hours each site actually keeps — so a school knows who was in, who arrived late and who was on leave without keeping a separate book for it.
See working hours & punctuality- Working hours and working days set per site
- Late arrivals and early departures against those hours
- Absence against contracted days, with holidays and leave taken out
- Leave requests and entitlement for teaching and non-teaching staff
- Attendance history and reports per person, department or site
This is STAFF attendance. AttendFlow has no student or class register — there is no student record in the product at all — so it sits alongside whatever you use for pupils rather than replacing it. If a student register is what you need, this is not that product.
Multiple branches
One workforce. Multiple locations.
Every work location is a real place with its own boundary, its own working hours and its own rules. Head office sees the whole organization; a branch manager sees their branch and nothing else.
See location features- Work locations with their own position, radius, working days and hours
- Geofences that decide whether a check-in at that site counts
- Check-in and check-out windows set per location, so a site that opens at six is not judged by head office hours
- Branch, department and team views of the same attendance record
- Reports narrowed to one site — the report a branch manager runs is about their own people
Location is read when somebody checks in or out. AttendFlow does not follow anyone continuously: movement — a record of whether someone stayed at their work location during the working day — is a separate, separately-permissioned option that is off unless your organization turns it on, and it runs only while an attendance session is open.
Field teams
Understand attendance when your team works across different locations.
People who work away from a fixed office still have to be accounted for. AttendFlow records attendance at the site it was actually taken at, so the question stops being whose word you have for it.
See flexible recording- Check in at the site the work is at, not at an office nobody visited
- Each site carries its own geofence and its own hours
- The record keeps where a check-in was taken, and why one was refused
- One authorised person can scan a crew in where your policy allows it
- A manager can record attendance directly for a day with no signal
This is about where attendance was RECORDED — not about where anybody is during the day. AttendFlow is not a tracking product and does not report an employee's position outside the moment they check in or out, unless your organization has switched movement on.
Still on paper
Still using a paper attendance register?
A register book does one job well: it records who signed. Everything after that — totalling hours, spotting a pattern, producing a report, comparing two sites — is work somebody has to do by hand, every month, forever.
See how attendance is recorded- Books have to be collected before anyone can read them
- Working hours are added up manually, and argued about afterwards
- Lateness is visible on the page but almost impossible to total
- A pattern of absence only surfaces once it is already a problem
- Every report means re-typing the same rows into a spreadsheet
- A book can be lost, damaged, or left at the site it belongs to
None of this says paper records are dishonest or wrong. A register can be entirely accurate and still be slow to read, impossible to total and hopeless to compare across sites — and that, not anyone's integrity, is the problem worth solving.
No attendance machine
You don't need an expensive attendance machine.
Employees record attendance on supported devices, according to the attendance policy your organization configures. Bringing a new site online means printing a code and drawing a boundary — not buying and wiring a terminal for it.
See verification options- A QR code at the location, scanned to check in and out
- The location's geofence and allowed hours checked as part of the scan
- Face verification as part of the check-in, where you require it
- Scanning on behalf of a colleague, where your policy allows it
- A manager recording attendance directly when that is what the day needs
Not everyone needs their own smartphone. One device at a gate can check a crew in where your policy allows it, and a manager can record attendance directly for anyone whose phone is missing, broken or out of signal — so a workforce that is only partly carrying phones is still a workforce AttendFlow can handle.
