Actual commissions depend on successful customer payments and the applicable commission rules. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of income.
Two ways in
Choose how you take part
Affiliate and recruiter are independent. Take one, or both — it is the same account either way.
Become an Affiliate
Refer businesses directly to AttendFlow and earn commission when qualifying subscriptions are successfully paid.

Become a Recruiter
Build a network of affiliates. Recruit people who can introduce businesses to AttendFlow and earn recruiter commission from qualifying business payments generated through your directly recruited affiliates.
One recruiter level. No chains.
Recruiters earn from the affiliates they directly recruit. The platform does not create unlimited multi-level commission chains — there is no downline beneath your affiliates, and the system cannot represent one.

Affiliate + Recruiter
Why choose one?
A partner can use both capabilities from the same account. One account, one wallet, two earning flows.
- You refer Employer A→ affiliate commission
- You refer Employer B→ affiliate commission
- You recruit Mary. Mary refers Employer C→ you may earn recruiter commission
One account
No second sign-up, no second identity.
One wallet
A single balance, funded by both flows and paid out through the same withdrawal process.
Two earning flows
Affiliate and recruiter earnings stay separately identifiable in your statement — they are recorded as different money from the first entry.
Step by step
How do partner commissions work?
Nine steps, in order. Nothing is earned before step five.
You refer
You share your referral link or code with a business.
Employer registers
They create their AttendFlow organization.
Employer selects a plan
They choose the plan for their number of employees.
Employer pays
They are invoiced and they pay.
Payment succeeds
The payment is confirmed as collected — not merely attempted.
Commission becomes eligible
Only now does anything become earnable.
Commission is posted
Recorded according to the configured commission rules for that plan.
Released funds reach your wallet
Your available balance goes up.
You request a withdrawal
Paid out through the platform's payout process.
The rule that matters most
Registration alone does not generate commission
Commission is generated only when the employer makes a qualifying successful subscription payment.
Registration
No commission. A business creating an account earns nothing for anybody — not for a click, not for a signup, not for a trial.
Successful qualifying payment
Commission may be generated, according to the commission rules configured for that plan and the commission period.
Failed payment
No commission. A payment that does not succeed produces nothing, however many times it is attempted.
Refunds
If a payment is refunded, the corresponding commission may be reversed according to the configured reversal policy. Commission follows money that was actually collected and kept.

This is potential commission from this example — never a prediction of your earnings.

How much could I make?
Choose a scenario. Every figure comes from the current published commission rates.
This is what the employer pays. Your commission is a fixed amount configured for the band — or a fixed amount for each employee — never a share of their bill.
7 of 7 configured qualifying paid months. A month counts only when the employer's subscription payment succeeds.

Where the money goes
From the employer's payment to your withdrawal
Commission is funded by collected subscription revenue. It is not a bonus paid out of nowhere.
- Employer subscribesThey are invoiced.
- Payment succeedsAttendFlow collects the subscription revenue.
- Commission engineSplits into an affiliate commission and, where a recruiter relationship exists, a recruiter commission. They are recorded as separate money from the first entry.
- Your walletReleased commission becomes available, and every amount in your balance can be traced to the commission behind it.
- WithdrawalYou request a payout from your available balance.
Failed payment
No new commission.
Refund
Commission reversal according to the configured policy.
Commission period ends
An employer keeps their subscription; the commission window on them closes after the configured number of qualifying paid months.

Why partner with us
Why become an AttendFlow Partner?
Earn from successful customers
Your commission is tied to qualifying paid subscriptions — real revenue that was collected, not signups.
Build a long-term referral business
Commission can continue across qualifying paid subscription periods, according to the configured commission rules.
Recruit other affiliates
Recruiters build a direct affiliate network — one level, never an open-ended chain.
One account
Affiliate and recruiter capabilities coexist on the same identity. No second sign-up, no second wallet.
Transparent earnings
See your commissions, wallet balance, transactions and performance. Every balance traces back to the entries that produced it.
Accurate payouts
Every withdrawal is checked against your earnings, so what you are owed and what has been paid always agree.
After you apply
What happens next — including if we say no
If your application is approved
You choose which capabilities to switch on — affiliate, recruiter, or both — and your referral code is generated the moment you activate the affiliate side. From there the partner dashboard is part of your ordinary AttendFlow account: commissions, wallet, transactions and withdrawals all live there, and you reach it by signing in.
While it is being reviewed
Applications are read by a person, not approved automatically. Until that decision is made your account sits in a pending state: you can sign in and see the status, and no capability is active yet, so nothing is earning.
If it is not approved
You are told plainly, with the reason where one was recorded. An application that is not approved does not activate any capability, so there is no referral code and nothing accrues. Reopening a closed partner account is a decision only the AttendFlow team can make — if you think it was a mistake, reply to the email you received or contact support.
If an active account is later suspended
A suspension stops new commission accruing. It does not take anything back: commission already earned stays recorded against your wallet, and the transaction history behind it is not rewritten. Lifting a suspension is likewise an operator decision.
Approval is about the partner, not about any one referral. It is the point at which a person decides the partnership is one AttendFlow wants — which is also why capabilities can be switched on by you afterwards, but never before.
Questions
What partners ask before they apply
If your question is not here, ask us before you start introducing people — not after.
No. The partner programme is not employment and a partner is not an AttendFlow employee — there is no salary, no contract of employment, and no guarantee of income. You are introducing organizations to AttendFlow and may earn commission when those organizations pay for a subscription.
Anyone can apply. An application arrives as pending and is reviewed — approval is a decision somebody at AttendFlow makes, not something that happens automatically when you submit the form. You will be told the outcome either way.
Once your affiliate capability is active you are issued a personal referral code, and it stays the same from then on. An employer who arrives through it is attributed to you. A recruiter works differently: you build a network of affiliates and earn from the customers they bring.
It is a fixed amount per qualifying paid period, set for each employee band — or, on the bands priced per employee, a fixed amount for each employee billed — never a percentage of the subscription. The amounts come from the published programme configuration, which is what the calculator on this page reads, so the figure you see is the one currently in force.
Only when a subscription payment succeeds. Registering an organization earns nothing, and neither does a signup that never pays. Eligibility is counted in paid months rather than calendar months, so a month the customer did not pay for is not a month against your window.
Commission follows the band the customer is actually on. Each payment resolves the rule for the employee band on that invoice, so an organization that grows into a larger band is treated at the larger band's rate from that payment onward, and one that shrinks is treated at the smaller one.
Yes, and there is no cap on how many you introduce. Each attributed customer carries its own commission window, so they start and finish independently of one another.
A failed payment creates no new commission. A refund reverses commission according to the configured policy. Neither is a penalty — commission is funded by subscription revenue that was actually collected, so where that revenue goes away, so does the commission on it.
Each band grants a fixed number of qualifying paid periods, shown beside it in the calculator above. When that window closes the employer keeps their subscription and the commission on them stops. It is a window, not an indefinite royalty.
Released commission becomes an available balance in your partner wallet, and you request a withdrawal against it. A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Contact the AttendFlow team for the payout schedule and the terms that apply to your account.
No. There is a single recruiter level: you earn on the affiliates you recruit, and not on anybody they go on to recruit. The programme does not pay down a chain.
Contact the AttendFlow team. The payout schedule, the refund-reversal policy and the withdrawal minimum are set by the operator and confirmed with you rather than published on this page, because a figure printed here would be wrong the moment it changed.
