Every band is the same plan — all modules, hosting, support and updates included. You move between bands as your headcount changes; the band you are on is worked out from the people actually on your register. Bands priced per employee bill each of those people.

Pay monthly, or prepay a longer term
Bands are billed monthly. You can also prepay several months at once and a discount is applied — the longer the term, the larger it is. The exact figure is worked out and shown to you before you pay, along with the terms for your payment method.
